Quarry Brewing, L.L.C., located in historic uptown Butte, Montana, has brought handcrafted beer back to the mining city after a 40-year absence.

Chuck and Lyza Schnabel opened the Quarry on September 29, 2007. It has since garnered rave reviews from everyone who has tasted any one of the traditional-style ales produced on site.

Following the spirit of the Rheinheitsgebot (the Bavarian purity in brewing laws of 1516), Chuck, our Master Brewer, continues to brew rich, flavorful beers with only the finest ingredients available: choice hops, barley, yeast and filtered water. One taste will tell you: We Dig Beer!
